What Is Paintless Dent Repair?

Paintless dent repair — PDR — removes dents, dings and creases without sanding, filling or repainting. Our technicians work the panel back to its original shape from behind, so your vehicle keeps the factory finish it left the showroom with.

Because there is no refinishing involved, paintless repair is usually faster and costs less than conventional bodywork. Just as importantly, it preserves the original paint, which protects resale value in a way a repainted panel never quite does.

When Paintless Dent Repair Is the Right Call

PDR works best when the paint surface is still intact. Hail damage, door dings, shopping-cart dents and minor body-line creases are all strong candidates. The metal needs to be reachable from behind the panel, and the paint needs to be unbroken.

If the paint is cracked, chipped or scratched through to the primer, paintless repair is not the right tool for the job. We will tell you that up front and walk you through conventional repair options instead, rather than starting a process that cannot finish the repair properly.
